About Carlos Orellana Jr.

Growing up in Encinitas, Carlos always held a deep appreciation of the city’s magic. He would see beach houses that needed some TLC and bring them back to life on a sketchpad. He watched his father build dream homes and watched his mother sell them. Carlos knew he wanted to be a part of restoring San Diego for future generations.

 

Today, Carlos is living his dream by making others’ dreams come true. Those dreams are not always easily realized. Carlos has seen everything: from electrical fires to floods. Carlos has been working in residential construction and real estate for well over a decade and has experience overseeing hundreds of projects and transactions and brought them to completion. Whether that's investing, buying, or selling, Carlos is ready to partner with you to make your goals a reality, no matter the obstacles.
