Olivenhain is a semi-rural neighborhood located in Encinitas. Its numerous trails and Dark Sky Policy to reduce light pollution lends the neighborhood a unique, natural quality. Olivenhain is also subject to low-density zoning rules which ensure that the neighborhood will retain that country quality for the foreseeable future.
